This site does not automatically collect any data, with the exception of a strictly necessary technical cookie used to remember your chosen language (Italian/English): no traffic-analysis systems, tracking tools, or permanent access logs are used.

The only other personal data collected is what you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form (name, email address, phone number and message). This data is used solely to respond to your request and is never shared with third parties or kept longer than necessary to handle the communication.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of data submitted through the contact form is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The language-preference cookie is based on the legitimate interest in ensuring the website works correctly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, being strictly necessary for the site to function, is exempt from the consent requirement.

Data collected through the contact form is kept for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from receipt. The language-preference cookie has a maximum lifespan of 180 days.
